Everyone here works above their comfort level on something, with a senior engineer close enough to catch it. That is how people get good quickly.

You will talk to the client, understand why the work matters, and see it through to launch. We do not hand out specifications and wait.

Our own products to work on

ADAPT and Seltrx are ours. Client work pays the bills; the products are where we take longer bets and where engineers get to own a roadmap.

        A scoped exercise drawn from work we have actually done, sized to a few hours. We pay for anything longer.

        Meet the team

        You talk to the people you would work with, and we talk about how you think rather than what you memorised.

        Offer

        We move quickly once we are sure. You will hear either way — nobody gets left waiting.
