Who we are

We are engineers, designers and technology strategists who have spent our careers building software that carries real money, real volume and real regulatory weight. Lottery platforms that settle on time. Booking engines that hold up when a route goes viral. Internal systems that let a finance team close the month without a spreadsheet.

That work has taught us the thing most agencies leave out of the pitch: the hard part is rarely the build. It is the migration off the system you already depend on, the integration with the provider who has no sandbox, the operational reality of running the thing at 2am. We plan for that from the first conversation.

We work as a partner rather than a vendor. That means telling you when a project should be smaller, when it should be delayed, and when you should not do it at all.

Built in Lagos

Lagos is the reason we are good at this. Building here means building for intermittent connectivity, payment rails that fail in interesting ways, and users on devices two generations behind the ones your designers carry. Systems that survive that are systems that survive anywhere.

It also means we understand the market our clients operate in — the regulators, the providers, the operational realities that a team parachuting in from another continent has to learn on your budget.

Let's talk about what you are trying to change

Bring us the problem. We will tell you what it takes, what it costs, and whether we are the right team for it.
